HOME

From September 1-13, 2015 , Boaz Barkan and Seimi Nørregaard were responsible for the experiment “HOME – building and rebuilding from the known to the unknown”.

It was an experiment around audience involvement and ownership of a work, and through that, opportunities for a co-poetic presence. It was in preparation for their project of the same name, which played in November 2015 at Warehouse 9.

The study took the form of a performance installation where the audience was given an active creative role in relation to various concrete actions and objects from everyday life. Boaz Barkan and Seimi Nørregaard improvised with and without the audience in the different spaces, which includedsome scenographic elements.

A demonstration was held in connection with the trial on Friday, September 11, 2015 at 14-16 and Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 10-12.

There was room for 12 audience members per aisle.
