TRY “CIGAR PIMPLE NOSE”

– A musical paper theater experiment

WunderVerk v/Anette Asp Christensen leads this experimental project that works with musical paper theater. The experiment has a duration of 4 weeks between September 26 and November 4, 2016 and is supported by the Danish Arts Foundation’s Project Support Committee for Performing Arts.

The work is based on an adaptation of the Dadaist play par excellence Le Cœur à gaz / The Heart of Gas, written by one of the leading figures of Dada, Tristan Tzara. The aim is to update Le Cœur à gaz, methodically and visually. Inspired by Dada, the principle of randomness is used as a methodical and material-generating approach.
