INTRO WORKSHOP TO WORKING WITH PUPPETS

On March 22 from 12-16 at Forsøgsstationen there is a unique free offer for all Unima members and members of Forsøgsstationen. Katrine Karlsen and Rebecca Arthy invite you to: Intro workshop for working with puppets. In the workshop we will work with the basic principles of animation and object work and get a small insight into a large universe of different types of puppets, genres, approaches and materials. For the workshop, bring an object that has a meaning to you and jump into the soft pants. We will also work in groups and do small screenings for each other. Katrine Karlsen (puppet maker and actor) and Rebecca Arthy (puppet maker and set designer) are both passionate and crazy puppet nerds with many years of experience in the field. Both have extensive teaching experience from the Danish National School of Performing Arts and have delivered puppets to stages in Denmark and abroad. Come and join us in creating whimsical life. It’s sure to be fun and poetic too.
