From today, Tuesday 15 September 2015, 09.00-10.30, training according to the Feldenkrais Method will be offered at the Experimental Station.

In the training we explore body, mind and consciousness. Through concrete movement sessions, participants get the opportunity to feel themselves from the inside.

The Feldenkrais Method is described as a form of study that can relieve the body of pain so that one can achieve greater ease of movement and performance.

Basically, the study brings to life the freedom of movement we all had as young children – a form of ‘re-training’ our brains’ untapped potential.

Teachers: Feldenkrais teacher Birgitte Hinz and actor and Feldenkrais teacher Katharina Kamber.

Classes: every Tuesday from 09.00-10.30 in Boulevarden.

Registration is not necessary.

As a member of the Experimental Station, you are free to attend classes.
