The experiment entitled “The Spark of the Blue Sea” is the first of 3 planned studies with the overall working title “The Alchemy of Training”. The experiments are led by Jonas de Neergaard.

The studies can be seen as a direct extension of Jonas de Neergaard’s master project; A Performer’s Basic Training (see intention report for summary).

Jonas Neergaard, performer and theatre educator. Master in Performing Arts and Learning Processes from Universität der Künste, Berlin. Master project; A performer’s basic training, based on a series of training and work placements at the Odin Theatre.

Participant in the performing arts project Ikarus under the Nordic Theatre Laboratory. Background in street theatre.
