BOOKING RULES<\/h1>\n

As a member you can book a room for training, exercises, preparation etc. half days at a time, up to three times four hours a week, and max. one month ahead.<\/p>\n

Danish<\/a><\/p>\n

English<\/a><\/p>\n

The Wittmaarck Room<\/strong> can be booked around the clock.<\/p>\n

The Camera Room<\/strong> can be booked around the clock.<\/p>\n

Boulevarden<\/strong> can be booked on weekdays from 11-17.00, and at weekends around the clock.<\/p>\n

Truffaut <\/strong>is suitable for meeting activity.<\/p>\n

For bookings for all sales, the new system<\/a> is used.<\/p>\n

The Foyer<\/strong> cannot be booked, but members can use it for meetings, remote offices, etc. [\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”170″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css_animation=”fadeIn”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

HOW TO BOOK PREMISES<\/h1>\n

Only members can book rooms through the system. Instructions for the system will be provided upon registration. Tenants should contact the administration for bookings.<\/p>\n

POSSIBILITY OF RENTING PREMISES<\/h1>\n

For performing artists and groups who are not members, or whose members need longer continuous rehearsal periods, you can rent a room by sending an email request to our administrator<\/a> or calling +45 93 98 65 55<\/strong> during office hours (Monday-Friday 9-13).<\/p>\n

Prices for hall rental season 23\/24:<\/b>
Daily rental 1.3750 DKK.
Weekly rental 8.000 DKK.<\/p>\n

Prices for hall rental with income season 23\/24:<\/b>
Daily rental DKK 1,675
Weekly rental DKK 10,000.<\/p>\n

For the rental of premises, the reservation is only completed when you receive a confirmation from the administrator that the contract has been signed and the deposit has been paid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
