BECOME A MEMBER<\/h1>\n

All professional performing artists, dramaturgs, and theater scholars\u2014whether they have completed their education or are still studying\u2014can become members of Fors\u00f8gsstationen.<\/p>\n

If you would like to become a member of the Experimental Station or renew your membership for this season, please fill out this form and <\/a>send it to mail(at)forsoegsstationen.dk. Please include a brief resume of no more than one page. You will receive payment information after approval. Please allow one week for processing from the time you pay your membership fee until you can use the facilities. <\/p>\n

The season follows the theater season, not the calendar year. Therefore, membership renewals always take place during the summer. For the 25\/26 season, a one-year membership (August\u2013June) costs 1,850 kr. Please note that the theater is completely closed during the month of July and cannot be used during that time. <\/p>\n

You can participate in the open training sessions offered in the morning and evening.<\/p>\n

\u221a Experiment<\/h3>\n

You can sign up on a first-come, first-served basis for the trials that are organized. However, some trials will be aimed at a specific target group and will therefore be closed. <\/p>\n

\u221a Use of facilities for our own experiments, training, etc.<\/h3>\n

You can borrow a room for your own experiment for 1\u20133 weeks. Read more here<\/a>. You can also reserve rooms for training, practice, preparation, etc., or borrow a room on the spot if it’s available. <\/p>\n

\u221a Workshops<\/h3>\n

You can participate in the Research Station’s workshops, development projects, and open demonstrations of experiments. Here, too, it’s first come, first served. <\/p>\n

\u221a Events<\/h3>\n

We regularly host events where members and industry professionals can find new inspiration or spark discussion and dialogue about current trends. If you\u2019d like to stay up to date on our activities, you can sign up for our newsletter here<\/a> or follow us on Facebook<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\u221a Use of the library, study area, kitchen, and lobby<\/h3>\n

You’re always welcome to come and work or relax in our foyer or library. We have Wi-Fi throughout the building, and there’s coffee on the pot. <\/p>\n

\u221a Room rentals<\/h3>\n

The halls can also be rented for performing arts activities. The price is reduced for members. Read more here<\/a> <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

MEMBERSHIP FOR THE 2025\/26 SEASON<\/h1>\n

A membership is valid for one season at a time, that is, from August 2025 to June 30, 2026<\/strong>.
You must apply every year, fill out the form, and attach your resume. This applies to both new and former members. <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Individual membership:<\/strong><\/p>\n

New members must have their membership application approved before making a payment.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u2013 Created in June\u2013August: 2,000 DKK<\/p>\n

Membership for artists outside the Greater Copenhagen area: 800 DKK<\/p>\n

Guest membership for artists living abroad: 500 DKK<\/p>\n

NOTE: We cannot guarantee that new memberships will be available throughout the season<\/p>\n

Group Membership:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Theaters and theater groups can join collectively, which allows, for example, theaters or groups outside the Greater Copenhagen area to use the facilities for meetings and \u201cextra\u201d rehearsal spaces when they are working on projects in Copenhagen. You can always rent space<\/a>, regardless of whether you\u2019re a member, but as a group member, you can access the facility year-round\u2014even outside of the actual rehearsal periods\u2014and, of course, book rooms for free just like individual members. <\/p>\n

Group membership for theaters in Greater Copenhagen: 5,500 DKK
Group membership for theaters outside Greater Copenhagen: 2,950 DKK
Supporting membership: 100 DKK<\/p>\n

Prices for dance studio rentals for the 25\/26 season:

Weekly rental: 8,000 DKK<\/p>\n

Prices for dance studio rentals with revenue for the 25\/26 season:<\/strong><\/p>\n

FRIENDS OF THE EXPERIMENTAL STATION<\/h1>\n

“Friends of the Research Station” is a supporting membership for anyone interested in receiving invitations to public events, as well as information about the work at the Research Station. A supporting membership costs 100 kr. per year. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
