Christmas is approaching and we are preparing for the Christmas party on Saturday 9 December where we will celebrate Christmas with the ‘residents’ of the house and members of the Experimental Station.
Platform
In addition to this festive event, we also have the Platform before Christmas peace descends. It’s Friday 15 December from 5-9pm – and here the experiments from the last six months will present their findings and observations with us and each other. For more details, read the latest newsletter here.
If you are interested in what is going on in the artistic workshops, this is a great opportunity to ‘watch’ and engage in a dialogue with the different artists about their ideas and process work. Participation is free – and you must register by email to Lotte Faarup at lotte@forsoegsstationen.dk
Christmas closed
The administration will be closed from Thursday 21 December and will be back on Thursday 4 January 2018.
Training season 17/18 – second part
The training will continue after Christmas – the last vocal training will be on Wednesday 13 December – and the last mask on Friday 15 December. Gaga on Thursday had its last run on November 30 and the dance technique class on Monday night also had its last run before Christmas.
After the turn of the year we start up again with a slightly changed schedule – as both Øyvind Kirchhoff and Angelina Watson are in production with Det Olske Orkester(Sugar).
There are guest artists at the masquerade on Friday mornings: on Friday 4 January and Friday 11 January it is
Svend E. Kristensen
(Sew Flunk Fury Witt) will lead the training and then for the rest of January and February there will be
Bjarne Kalhøj
(Teatret Værk) who will continue working on the mask work. It is free for members to attend and non-members can participate for a fee of 50 DKK. You must be a professional performer or student to participate.
The voice training will start again on Wednesday 17 January – and Anja Owe will be in charge of this course in both January and February as a substitute for Angelina Watson.
Gaga will only be offered as a Saturday training in 2018 for the time being. But we are working on more…
